Equal Sound proudly presents an evening of percussion and electronic music in a warehouse in LA’s Frogtown neighborhood. We will join mezzo-soprano Elspeth Davis for the west coast premiere of composer Chris Cerrone’s Goldbeater’s Skin in a program of music by Pulitzer Prize winner Julia Wolfe, Andy Akiho, Victor Caccese, and LA-local Thomas Kotcheff. Experimental violinist, improvisor, and performance artist Pauline Lay joins the bill for a uniquely expansive night of sounds.
