A/V 360 presents a release show for our debut album, And That One Too, with music by Andy Akiho, David Crowell, Amy Beth Kirsten, Thomas Kotcheff, and Romaneiro, plus a special performance by composer and multi-instrumentalist David Crowell. We have had the great pleasure of working closely with these composers over many years and are thrilled to present an evening of their music. Each work introduces its own unique musical environment. Akiho’s relentless groove, the kaleidoscopic dizziness of Crowell, otherworldly sounds by Kirsten, overwhelming energy by Kotcheff, and an electronic frenzy by Romaneiro all demonstrate the eclecticism of percussion chamber music and together help to define our musical ecosystem.
The evening features visuals by Mau and lighting design by Dominick Chang, and makes use of National Sawdust’s state-of-the-art Spacemap® and Constellation® systems from Meyer Sound.
